First off let me start by introducing myself, My name is James Goulding and i first started racing karts back in 1995.
I raced up until the end of 2008 which is when the dreaded Mortgage to a priority so any form of fun had to stop LOL
When i was racing i was a regular poster on this forum and gained lots of useful info.
The reason ive started this thread is that ive been making vinyl graphics for the Classic Mini owners club i help run using a die cut plotting machine which cuts individual colours.
Ive recently bought a 54" wide digital printing/ plotting machine which will enable me to start making sticker kits for all the main styles of bodywork.
I will also be in a postion to start making;
Fuel tank kits
Name stickers
Floor tray stickers
chain guard stickers
Arai & bell visor stickers
comer etc engine cover stickers
Airbox stickers
Im planning to start of with making the replica kits for the main chassis manufacturers and then start offering custom designs as one offs or for Teams alike.
So my questions are which chassis manufacturers/bodywork styles/designs are likely to be the most popular?
Would you use a trackside service offering to make custom stickers there and then? as this is something i havent seen at any race circuit and i know how tarty some of you karters can be.
Are there any other products that you think i have missed that could be popular?
