Yes they are TNC.

You need a special crimper or use the solder bucket type.

You also need to waterproof the connection, otherwise you will get damp ingress and it'll go squiffy.

Why are you still ar$eing about with this when I offered to sort it for you a year ago?

Did your plane run out of fuel and you got stuck up in the sky?
