That sounds seriously bent. I'd be surprised if it's repairable.

Usually if one wheel is "high" it's twisted in the middle and is easily straightened using 3 wheels and two hefty blokes but that sounds a bit more than an easy re-jig.

You could maybe try JKH in Cheshire or MS (Lucas Racing) in Oldham
