You have to be:
1 driving safley and be incontrol of the kart.
2 be within 110% of a reasonable race speed for those conditions.
The examiner wants you to pass so aslong as you wouldn't be a danger in a race and you pass the test (learn your flags and have common sense and you will EASILY pass) you will pass.
