Learn to bench press the 13 kgs with your big toe, so that, at the scales, you can be there and adjust the weight to suit your needs by standing on the corner of the scales!! or get Chris to jiggle about alot and the scrut will get confused and wave him off!! Seems to work well as far as i can see. No you cant buy the van back ( sorry i didnt get back to you ive been working in Ireland and the phone charges are a rip off ) Can you tell ive just come back from the pub? can be very dangerous on here!!
