Yes it does have to be to Cadet regs not Bambino.

Don't waste your money on e-bay. Go and talk to the Honda competitors at as many meetings as you can as they will usually know where a race-legal outfit is for sale.

We run Honda and it is by far the most economical class and at the tracks you mentioned can be reasonably competitive for a "small" budget.
