The only engines you can race in the cadet class are the Comer W60, WTP and Honda. You might be allowed out for the saturday practice (except at Whilton) but could not race with the B&S engine.
The chassis also has to comply with the MSA homologations and the ebay ad does say that this is a bambino size kart.
Might be worth buying if you just want to have some fun but not for MSA racing.
