We have this problem.

Originally the front end was out on the snipers, we changed the king pins and the stub axles. It pulled to one side going down the straight, and it would oversteer on right hand corners and understeer on left.

We took out one of the spacers underneath the stub axle and the chassis and this allowed us to be able to get it spot on on the snipers. The kart then no longer pulled to one side going down the straight but it had exxagurated the un-balanced effect with the understeering and oversteering when cornering.

We still havn't worked out what to do though yet, but in my drivers opinion it made it worse by having un-even settings on either side of the front end, even if it did come up square on the snipers.
