If you understand what i said earlier ALL hotels do it ......

best to know rather than throw a strop , had you phoned them at all ?

You see if you don't realise what we are saying the same will happen at X,Y,Z hotel chain when you don't turn up till midnight without calling ahead ????

Its only likely to happen when they are really busy for whatever reason , but it happens
