that goes for any hotel chain ,they all do it based on having no shows .

Always phone and insist you are arriving ,especially if arriving late

basic rule of hotel checkin ,especially for those of us who travel and stay away weekly .

annoying to find out when you arrive i know .

did you also know if you search for voucher codes and dig a little you can stay in much better hotels for travel lodge money .... we have always stayed in the Marriott in cheshunt because we have always got a cheaper deal then the travel lodge , just a little tip for the future .
