The 'problem', as you put it, is simple. We are told that they rules say a 30bhp limit. The organisers allowed a 35bhp motor (Swissauto) to race, knowing FULL well that it breaches the rules they set.

The suggestion now is that the Aixro would NOT be allowed because IT is over 30 bhp....

Now.... I could explain EXACTLY why that's a problem but I hope I am dealing with people who CAN see when something is LUDICROUS!
