Still sounds like a twisted chassis, I had a similar problem brought to me a while ago where everything appeared straight and Lazered as correct but it turned out to be a slight twist somewhere in the middle of the chassis.
One other option to investigate would be the rear axle location checking ride height as some chassis do not have fixed positions and can be disturbed in a shunt. A 1 or 2mm missalignment will create exactly the problem you have.
