The use of words here is critical.

Do you/he mean that the kart turns more EASILY to the right or does he mean that it OVERSTEERS (to the right) (I.e., the back of the kart loses grip and SLIDES more easily) on right hand corners.

Secondly, did you replace a single rear wheel after the accident?

Does the kart try to turn right ON THE STRAIGHT if he lets go of the steering wheel?

Be more precise about what he means and what happened and what you changed.... and what you mean by 'had the chassis checked'. Without that or seing the kart.... it ius NOTG going to be easy to give you any worthwile answer.
