Why can't older cadet karts use these! They are aleady available from KG...

"KG CIK Plastic Kid Kart and Cadet Rear Bumper, This bumper is designed for sprint kart racing and replaces the standard steel bumper. Required by some rules and organizations."

Is this the type of bumper being allowed for new cadet karts? If so, why can't existing chassis use them?

Doesn't seem fare to me!
