I ask the question not because I think current owners should restrict their karts to run under the MSA, but because I think any new class should use the same basic kit for Juniors through Seniors. If the kart could be adequately restricted it would allow a Junior Class (20BHP say), a Senior Class (30BHP) and a Super Senior Class (as they are now with front brakes etc). It would allow the same kit and knowledge obtained in Juniors to follow through to Seniors in the same way TKM used to and the Rotax tried to (they both now fail because the engines are just different enough).
