i had exactly the same problem on my jkh at the weekend at 3 sisters, all perfect during practice and in the pits, then a couple of laps in the pedal got longer and longer. i reset the arm on the top of the master cylinder to the top hole (something to do with the fluid returning back to the cylinder properly) and bled everything/replaced the pads and its been perfect since then.

ive put it down to the extra heat recently boiling the brake fluid and giving me brake fade, plus the pads were a bit shot.
