I can't see the point in the super cadet class either, but I think you need to get your facts straight.

Firstly cadets don't use torsion bars, and the existing (restricted) WTP 60cc engines rev to 13-14,000 rpm without any apparent undue stress.

With regard to kart weight - A zip storm weighs about 58kg for a 99kg limt. Why do you assume a super cadet kart will weigh 75kg? Its an upper limit, not a mandatory value
