Personally, I'd restrict them to drivers who have SHOWN they can drive karts..... for me, a CAR race license wouldn't be enough. I'd set it something like a YEAR's racing in a PROPER kart (Rotax, TKM, Blue, 125cc and 250cc Gbox... sort of stuff).

Welcome to the land of bling, I knew you'd crack eventually :)
