Interesting that it is UK made.
Axle clutches are very common in the USA for long track Road Racing where the ratios used are low, and as a result, motor clutches take a pounding. But they are not often used in sprint racing due to the weight and higher lock up rpm.
The best USA ones are a disc clutch system.
I dont know where it would be allowed under MSA regs ??
