Mattman,
Don't agree with what 'Steve Graves' has said. Particularly as my son is still in cadets.
However, I will say that when you are given info, especially for tyre pressures, you can only ever take it as an estimate. Reason's for this are many. For example the experience of the driver, the chassis set up and even how old the tyres are....
