Yes. I replaced my fronts with m6. It's not exactly a showcase of my engineering but they do the job. I would like some dowty bonded washers rather than o rings but I've got a massive stock of them as they are cheap enough. The button headed bolts came from Screwfix of all places. I just wound the tap down the existing holes cutting a new thread straight into the worn thread. I'll see how long they last before I consider a helicoil as there's not a lot of material there
