Well if each track was owned by a wealthy owner then i would expect the following, not just for my pleasure or a feel good factor but a club you can show your prospective sponsers around without being embarrased or just your mates who think your bonkers....

1/ A decent club house with a good cafe and seating area, not a portacabin

2/ Decent toilets and showers

3/ A tarmaced paddock

4/ Neatly cut grass on in and out field

5/ Neatly painted kerbs

6/ Neatly placed barriers

7/ Kart orientated signage/banners/flags around the track

8/ A big scoreboard

9/ Decent viewing areas for mechanics
