....seat stays without stressing the welds.
Use proper bending "tools" or let someone with the correct kit do it for you.
Its not complicated
Check all the other welds on that side rail too. Its unlikely, but just possible that the "twisting" load you forced into that rail, may have tweeked another joint also.
