He means 'Douglas' ('as' rather than 'es') wheels and 'Jet' wheels.

Here's one company who sell them.

Loads of other do and you can use Google to find shops that do. Try this 'Douglas Jets Karting' as the search. If not, lookm through the tyrade directory on this web site and make a few phone calls for best value.

Other makes do exist and may be cheaper. Try Spellfame as a good supplier:-
