How are you aligning the sprockets? How have you CHECKED that the drive and driven sprockets are at the SAME angle, i.e. perpendicular to the ground?
How have you checked that your driven sprocket assembly is NOT out of true, both 'up and down' and rotating WITHOUT 'wobbling' from side to side?
