It's a "rod end". Try this :-

If it's 13mm it will be an imperial rod end (ie 1/2").

If you're not sure how to measure it for threadform I suggest you take the existing one to a bearing factors and ask them for a replacement - better still ask them for the reference number of the rod end so you an shop around. (Some bearing factors will charge the earth - upwards of Ł25 for a replacement that you could get for Ł5 - Ł10 off the net.)
