Hey the best way to combat this is to get a small block of aluminum shape the sides of it, and drill holes that will go through the block which match up with the boss and the wheels then bolt them all together and bingo problem solved, you should also try what the others say but this is by far the best solution and i would know as im a 6ft driver and dad did this to try and help me with me legs and it has worked very well for the last couple of years. :)
