Well do we even know if the MSA even KNOW about the petition or even sanction it?

There has never been road racing in England under the current road traffic act.

Don't even think about Labour agreeing to it, they would fanny about then U turn within 24 hours.

I would love to be able to put on a kart race through our town centre but it's just a pipe dream because the weight of those 'elf and safety pillocks would mean men with red flags and every bit of ironmongery being swathed in 6ft deep bubblewrap.

Nice idea but it's not even worth the bother of signing the petition because as usual, apathy will win.

Hence, no kart drivers association either.

Anyway, it's a spoof petition.
