Correct..I have just said that..BUT positioning and correct installation is still subject to MSA sanctioning (which may or may not have been already decided)and enforced by the eligibility scrutineer at the meeting. Also the event organizer (Club) may refuse until correct installtion guidelines have been issued by the MSA
