You will not get points on your license for being under weight.

A few years back a CoC (who no longer is a CoC for this very reason) gave me points on my license as I was .2kg under weight (because of scales that varied from one min to another) I argued with him that he didnt have a clue what he was talking about, so we called the MSA steward in who in his words hasnt been to a karting event in 7 years so didnt know the rules! (Great!!) No point in lodging a protest.

I took the points as my race was back on the Grid and wanted to get on the track. However when I returned home I spoke to Steve C from here (not sure if he is still around) who "had words" with said CoC and made him realise that he was in the wrong AGAIN!

The next event the CoC who gave me the points was made to removed them :o) said CoC was told he will no longer be allowed to CoC again as in my words he is/was utterly useless :-D (for many reasons not just this incident)
