The best way to learn to DRIVE better is to RACE!

In 10 months, you know enough by now to enter your first race.

Obviously, there are ways to make you kart faster..... but.... so WHAT? What does it 'prove' if you can 'beat' someone if you are not using the same kit? If you simply try to BUY speed, then you will always be 'beaten' by someone else who has bought FASTER kit. Whatever you do you your Rotax... an equally driven AIXRO will eat you..... but.... so WHAT? What doers THAT prove.... that they bought a 'bigger' engine.... wow!

The test of a good driver is to beat people using the same rules (class) or, even better, beating someone who has BETTER equipment.

It's a damn sight harder, more satisfying.... and DAMNED sight more FUN! You end up KNOWING that it wasn't you equipment but your abilities as a a DRIVER!

Why not simply enter some Non-MSA races? The pressure will be less than a 'full' MSA race and you don't have to commit to a season... just a couple of races.... you'll soon find if you can drive..... or not!
