Hi Guys i hope you can help i am having a problem with my sons cadet the pull cord is very hard to pull but after a while becomes a eaiser but by this time the engine appear to be flooded when i do get it started there is no problem then ,i store it standing up and took it out after a week and had the same problem with the pull cord being tight at first is it an engine problem or could the clutch have any thing to do with it you help please guys
