the question was about , is there any differance in axles, do they affect the handling etc...the simple answer is yes they do.

Of course it will depend on the drivers expireance to get the full benifts.

As an example, if you race a Tony Kart there standard "N" axle will suit 80-90% of all drivers and all situations, but when the driver is capable of finding that extra 10% an axle change could win him the meeting.
