What your saying is correct, you have to go onto full throttle to set the high but only look for 12800 revs. any more and there is a big chance of snapping a piston ring, the intake vents are on the left hand side of the engine, by the starter pull cord. i have seen engines taped up on the exit vent but not very often, just place tank on the lower part of the intake vents.
