Priciple is the same to use an axle on the king pins or a couple of axles on hangers. For me I have tried both but prefer the axles on hangers as I feel I can see the out of line element a little easier without the engine, seat etc obscuring the view.

It's a personal thing...Either way is OK

Main thing to get on the track!!!
