Hand held starters use a bike starter motor feeding through a gearbox and disengage when the engine revs faster than the starter is spinning. Hence the cost.
I think even a car starter would struggle direct on the end of the crank. The one shown is designed to overcome a 350cc cylinder (350 * 4 = 1.4) and is geared onto the car engine flywheel.
Maybe you could lift the rear wheels and start it using the final drive in 1st gear instead of the crank.
You will also need a frame to hold it.
