Kart chassis's are not usually made from "high" spec tubing like Reynolds (I presume you mean Reynolds 531), just CDS mild steel tube. If you want maximum strength, go for T45 tube from Elmdon Metals. Bear in mind that these "higher" spec tubes shuld not be MIG welded as the excess heat causes loss of mechanical properties.
