We have the battery mounted on the back of the seat and it pulls through the seat as there seems to be no strength in the material used in the weave.

It's pulled through twice, even though I've strengthened the mounting holes with two layers of boatbuilding woven strip.

My repair is strong but the carcass isn't.

It seems as if there is loads of resin but not much material in the seat and is very thin in the back area.

Our OTK seat is fine with the same battery mount.

Handles ok now I've modified it though, handled like a dog before.
