Whats the cheapest and good oil to use in a gearbox kart with a YZ250 engine 2stroke.

I have been told R30/R40 castrol oil, But was wandering if there was any different ones (possibly the cheaper) to use?

Also how much should i be spending on oil? I looked on ebay and found some R40 castrol oil for Ł39 delivered is this cheap or am i better off going to a shop and buying it (due to postage?)

Any help would be appreciated
