We use Sainsbury's fuel and ner have a problem.

They have a high turnover of fuel and you know it is fresh, given that it could have stood in a fuel depot for ages.

I still suspect the quality of the fuel line you are using.

Why not get an offcut from a friend and put it in some fuel together with a sample of your own tube and see what happens?
