Ade, it depends where the leak is?

If it's on the vertical tubes and is the line next to the side plate, then it won't be a hole but will be a fine crack caused by the stress from the bolt fixings.

You should look very carefully because the crack can be over an inch long but will only leak from a small point, UNTIL you get to the track, then the rest can open up.

Scrape the crack :) and repair the crack not the hole.

Holes on the headers are ok to repair normally but it really is best to get the rad welded properly.
