I have watched this video twice now and found the onboard guy in my opinion made a mistake at the end where he lunged from too far back giving the guy he was attempting to overtake no site of him coming. There was another incident earlier where he went through the tyres and if you watch the kart suddenly accelerates probably from being hit from behind , so from how i see it he was a victim in this incident. I did not see this guy make any other contact, he was much later on the brakes than his rivals which made him look a bit out of control. Please if you feel there was other contact guys tell me the time position on the timer and I will have another look.I am curious as to what you felt was wrong with this guys driving!
