The clubs are the members of the NKRA, they were all informed and asked to put forward questions etc. It is up to the clubs who they nominate to go to the AGM. This is why Drivers register with / through their clubs.

But you can raise a question at any time, by writing to the committee, they have regular committee meetings at which questions and problems are dealt with. Or you can talk to the area rep and get them to pass it on, but a polite written request gets a better answer, and if the problem affects the club, it helps if they know about it too.

Mind you, it helps to read the book first. Asking to do rounds at clubs that aren't members is obviously going to get a negative. So will asking to make the entire Championship dependent on the Grande Final meeting alone; people seem to get quite stressed because winning the GF day doesn't necessarily win the Championship, but that's what a 0 plate is for, to win the number Zero on one particular day. (just to deal with two grumbles that seem to be voiced quite often.)

But I get your point, it doesn't seem very clear from the NKRA paperwork exactly what the situation is, perhaps because representing their drivers is something that the clubs are doing.
