I assume 'tkm' will also include the Honda cadet drivers parents.
Not invloved this year, but an interesting discussion at work about the legal containers for fuel size seems to say the the maximum is 23 litres and must be in legal compliant containers.
We have slightly different regs at work. Have a look at HSE.gov.uk/fireandexplosion/petroleum/faq.htm#containers.
