The whole problem with doing S1 this year instead of Easykart for us, was the cost of hiring S1 engines, and running with a team!

I worked out that just for the basic weekend for S1 it would cost Ł600.

Ł130 Tyres
Ł200 Entry + Practice
Ł300 Team?
Ł40 Fuel

That's before you hire engines!

Easykart weekend.

Ł125 Race and Practice
Ł130 Tyres
Ł15 Fuel

Ok, I have not added on travelling costs as everyone is different, but you can see the total cost for a basic weekend is well below the S1 cost!
