It would appear that they are still on the agenda. Just recieved an Email from John Ryan:

"we can confirm that the ban of chassis protectors will be discussed further at a Kart Sporting meeting next Tuesday. We are waiting for some input from the manufacturers to see if we can propose a sensible compromise."

If you feel as strongly as I do on this one then please let the MSA know before Monday.
