i dont know f0r 100% that its ilegal but i should think it is , because it would be classed as performance enhancing , daft as it seems , having wrong floats and main jet in the carb for a max is ilegal even tho it makes it worse its classed as performance enhancing , but if they wanted you to put wd40 on the foam filter would it not say or someone be telling you to do it from years ago?
