If you can tell me how to increase or decrease castor on a kart by lets say 1 degree without changing camber using the current cam design of adjuster then I will be happy to say that these adjusters are just not worth bothering with.

And as you well know accessing any dynamic effect of these changes can only be done on the basis of a controlled and accurate static adjustment.
