If it does not claim to be legal for MSA events and clearly states the number then hopefully no one will be taken for a ride.
Some people prefer to have a second helmet for practice days - especially in the wet and maybe this would meet their needs.
Perhaps this seller is just listing various motor sports that use helmets rather than trying to cheat people.
