Mt daughter has the Tulli Rocky which is essentially the same frame. The biggest difference, however, is for Honda the Trulli does not have any fixed seat stays but rather uses chassis clamps and stays.

The biggest problem you will have will on the right hand side. The clutch is inbound and the space is required for the chain and general size of the engine. You could remove the fixed stay and replace it with an adjustable one running from the rear bar to the back of the seat, however, before you go to that extreme I would suggest you speak with a scrutineer to make sure it won't comprimise anything from their perspective.
